How does the free trial session work?
Pick a day and time, tell us your child’s level, and we send a Zoom link. The session lasts about 25 minutes and includes a short level assessment. There is no payment and no obligation.
What ages do you teach?
Children from 5 to 15 years old. Classes are grouped by both age and level so every child is with suitable peers.
How many children are in a class?
Group classes are capped at four children. Private one-to-one sessions are included in the Diamond and Gold packages.
Which platform do you use?
All live classes run on Zoom. You only need a laptop or tablet, headphones and an internet connection.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we credit the unused portion of your current subscription.
What if we miss a class?
Tell us at least 12 hours before and we reschedule at no cost. Emergencies are handled case by case.
Do you send progress reports?
Parents receive a short note after each block of sessions plus a fuller monthly report with next steps.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, mada and Apple Pay, in USD or SAR. You can also pay by bank transfer on request.
